FAQ

FAQ

Answers to common booking, setup, pricing, and safety questions.

Booking and logistics

How do I get a price estimate for my event?

Use the quote process to share your event location, rental interests, timing, setup details, and budget. Araujo will respond with a tailored quote instead of forcing a generic online checkout.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Requests should be made at least 36 hours in advance. If the event is sooner, call directly to check late-notice availability.

What information do I need to provide?

Name, phone number, event address, setup location, surface type, power availability within 100 feet, requested rentals, and whether stakes or sandbags are needed.

Pricing and fees

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery and special setup fees may apply based on event location, access, park requirements, and setup conditions. Final fees are confirmed before reservation.

What is the card-on-file authorization?

A valid card may be required on file with a temporary $1 authorization to verify the payment method and secure the reservation. The authorization is not the main rental payment and typically disappears within a few business days depending on the customer’s bank.

What is the damage waiver?

Customers may optionally add a damage waiver. It is intended to help cover normal accidental minor damage during proper use, but it does not cover negligence, intentional damage, theft, loss, misuse, pet damage, cuts, burns, face paint, silly string, weather-related damage, or improper use. Final wording requires Kevin/client approval.

Setup, equipment, and weather

What is included with my rental?

Delivery, setup, pickup, blower, extension cord, tarp if needed, securing equipment, and a gym mat if required or requested.

What do I need to provide?

Customers provide a power source unless renting a generator. Water-compatible rentals also require a water hose.

Can I host my event at a park?

Yes. Customers should notify Araujo in advance. Park permits may be required, park-related fees may apply, and Araujo can provide permit information at no extra charge.

What is your weather policy?

If bad weather is forecasted, Araujo will reach out 24 hours before drop-off to confirm whether the customer wants to proceed. Once the inflatable is delivered, set up, and secured, there are no free reschedules, credits, rain checks, or refunds due to weather.
