Quote details checklist
The production form should collect these details once the approved form/email solution is in place:
- Name and phone number
- Event date and preferred time window
- Event address
- Event location type: front yard, backyard, park, or other
- Setup surface: grass, concrete, driveway, or other
- Desired rental items
- Budget and event needs
- Whether power is within 100 feet
- Whether a generator may be needed
- Whether 18-inch stakes are allowed or sandbags are needed
Important booking notes
- Events should be requested at least 36 hours in advance.
- For events sooner than 36 hours away, call directly to check late-notice availability.
- Park events may require permits. Araujo can provide permit information at no extra charge.
- Delivery, special setup, park, sandbag, generator, overnight, and location-based fees may apply based on event details.
- Main rental balance is typically handled in person by cash or Zelle.
Production blocker: a submission form and email delivery should be connected only after Ben approves a specific form/email plugin or another approved implementation path. Brevo setup must be completed before final email testing.
